ICPS at Inter-American Commission on Human Rights conference in Jamaica

Professor Andrew Coyle was a keynote speaker at a conference held in Kingston, Jamaica, on prison conditions in the Caribbean.
The conference was organised by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) and was part of a series of initiatives on prison reform in Latin America and the Caribbean organised by the IACHR Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons Deprived of Liberty, Ricardo Escobar Gil.
Among those attending were 13 Prison Commissioners and Superintendents from the Anglophone Caribbean.
