ICPS signs agreement with Winston Churchill Memorial Trust
ICPS has signed an agreement with the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust to work together to award ten WCMT overseas Travelling Fellowships a year to UK citizens from 2013-2015 as part of its Prison and Penal Reform Project. The aim of the project is to enable those involved in prison and penal reform, and related sentencing issues, who are interested in projects that reduce reoffending and contribute to a just, humane and effective penal system, to seek best practice from overseas.
